THURSDAY, APRIL 25 – 7 P.M. START!
Crediton Community Centre – Main St. Crediton (38 Victoria Avenue, Crediton) – next to ball park – North side of Main Street

For directions, please do not hesitate to email me.

A representative from each centre for each division MUST be in attendance for this scheduling meeting. 
This rep will be asked to organize and schedule that age group with other members of that division.

Please talk with your coaches and reps before this evening so they can come prepared.
This representative should be ready to schedule. They must be prepared to:

• hand in their centre’s payment for the season. Cheques made out to Huron Perth Minor Softball League
• hand in their 2019 roster - Can add names later - OVERAGERS MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED
• schedule game night - so must have list of centre’s nights available – black outs etc.
• Confirmation of insurance for the 2019 season
• possible division rep to collect scores and help with the layout of the tourney
• bring any 2018 trophies to this meeting
• availability to have year end tourneys
